First, I would like to thank Dr Richards for his time. I feel he listened to what we had to say, and at no point dismissed our views. Second, a HUGE thank you to those who were able to come. Not only did it show support for what the petition stands for, but you also brought valuable insight to other aspects not necessarily outlined in the petition. I believe the meeting went well. Dr Richards has stated he will look into possibilities for change in the calendar. This, of course, will take some time. Follow up has not yet been scheduled, but I expect that it will be. I will keep everyone posted as new information develops.
