TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU DO NOT USE REAL EGGS
I love IHOP and like anyone else in the world enjoy going out for breakfast.
Unfortunatley I went to an IHOP this weekend and ordered pancakes and eggs.
Only to find out from my waitress and the manager that IHOP does not use REAL EGGS!!!!!!!!!!!
I was furious and asked why this egg mixture that was used ,And why it was not specificed on the menu , It also was not explained or advised by my waitress or any employee before I placed the order. IT IS ALSO NOT ON THE MENU
I asked them to provide me with the packaging or more information about the liquid egg mixture and they had no explanation except "NO IHOP USES REAL EGGS UNLESS YOU ASK FOR THEM".
AGAIN NO WHERE ON THE MENU DID IT SPECIFY THAT I HAD TO REQUEST FOR REAL EGGS TO BE COOKED WITH MY MEAL.
I think what they are doing is purely false advertisement.Misleading customers to beleive they are ordering eggs when really they are not.
I just want everyone to know the truth and be given an option a choice on what they are eating. I would have never ordered liquid eggsor whatever this egg mixture really is......
If we get enough signatures we can force IHOP to tell customers up front that they must inform you that you are not ordering real eggs and if you want real eggs you have to ask for them.
It will also force them to change the menu to be clear on what you are really ordering and what is really in your food.
Ihop would have no choice but to be clear to their "valued" customers"
