📢 Petition Update

Firstly, thank you to every single person who has signed and shared this petition. Your support means more than you know.

Over the past few months I've continued listening, learning and reflecting on my own experience, as well as the experiences shared by so many others. Because of that, I have updated this petition to better reflect why this campaign matters and the changes I believe are still needed.

I have also acknowledged the important work of the Ryan Bowman Legacy of Care Foundation and the recent announcement that South Australia will introduce a statewide patient, family and carer escalation protocol through Ryan's Voice. This is a significant step forward for patient safety and something I wholeheartedly support.

However, there is still more work to do.

My petition continues to advocate for compassionate communication, coordinated care, accountability, and ensuring that patients are treated as whole people, with both their physical and mental health taken seriously.
