The Bill of Rights are rights given to every breathing soul on Earth, but penned for the US solely.

These are Rights given to us, a free people of the United States, by Our Creator and are Unalienable Rights and will not be infringed upon. 

We are conceived with these Unalienable Rights, and, unless incarcerated, we die with these very same Rights.

Definition of Unalienable or Inalienable Rights: incapable of being alienated, surrendered, or transferred.

So, the first 10 of these Natural Rights are called The Bill of Rights.They cannot be changed by man, and God is never changing. So, they will not change. It can’t change. 

To understand how strong these Natural Rights are, if a felon is released from incarceration pleasing the Court with the time served, their Natural Right of Bearing Arms, and all other Natural Rights can be restored, fully re-established once again, if they petition to have them restored.

Acknowledge, the truth remains, the failure is not that of the free people but that of the Judicial System and government elected by the people; Not God's Natural Rights of self preservation for anyone.

If this Felon shouldn't be on the streets again with their Natural Rights, then the Judicial System has failed.

In short, "All laws Repugnant (opposing, in conflict with or incompatible with) to the Constitution are Null and Void." In laymen terms, the Red Flag law is and will be null and void for it will eliminate due process and the rights of that individual. Anyone can say anything about another and that persons rights can and will be stripped from them without just cause and due process. The Red Flag law, as well all know, is a backdoor law to disarm the people of the Commonwealth and that in and of itself, is an infringement on the constitutional rights of its people.

The Red Flag Law not only infringes on our Second Amendment Rights, but also the First, Fourth,  Fifth, Sixth and Seventh Amendments as well. Six of the 10 Bill of Rights, our natural Rights, are being infringed upon with the proposed Red Flag Law. All are our natural rights given from conception and in danger of being nullified. 

Since the US Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land, it is even above the Supreme Court at times in conflict of their decisions becomes null and void. The Due Process Clause in the 14th Amendment prohibits state and local governments from depriving persons of life, liberty, or property without due process. The Red Flag law eliminates due process and is an infringement on our natural rights. 

The Constitution's first three words are “We the People” affirms that the government of the United States exists to serve its citizens and its citizens first and foremost. It is up to “We the People” to hold those we elected on a local, state and national level, accountable.

They have made mistakes before and have corrected some, but not all. On all levels of government, including on a federal level, they’re not to infringe on our rights set forth in the first 10 amendments also known as The Bill of Rights.

This is where the "Redress of Grievances" come in. A Petition of Wrongs that need corrected.

1st Amendment as in a Religious means of self preservation: Peter in the Garden took of the ear of Malchus a servant of the Jewish High Priest because he took hold of Jesus for captive.

Looking at this, Peter had to be well versed in swording.

Swords are very heavy, yet Peter took off an ear with precision and not cutting into the shoulder of Malchus. Peter knew how to handle the weapon of the times well.

We the people, a law abiding free people, are much the same way. We hold our right to bear arms in order to protect and defend ourselves and to protect and defend those who are unable to do so for themselves against the unimaginable. 

The average response time for Law Enforcement is 18 minutes according to Homeland Security. EIGHTEEN MINUTES. An active shooter scenario lasts an average of 12.5 MINUTES. According to the FBI, the average gun fight lasts THREE SECONDS or less, in an average of THREE YARDS or less with an average of THREE ROUNDS or less. The average response time it takes to save your life or the lives of others IF you exercise your Second Amendment right is 2.5-3 SECONDS. We see this time and time again in reported in the media when constitutional gun owners exercise their right to carry in public. They save the lives of countless innocent people by exercising their right to keep and bear arms.

The government that has sworn to defend and uphold the Constitution can not lawfully ask us, the people, to surrender our natural rights, in any form, to protect and defend ourselves or protect and defend those who can not protect and defend themselves.

If burning a flag of the US is Freedom of Speech then carrying a weapon must certainly be that of Free Speech. Neither a flag nor a gun is speech, yet there it is.

2nd Amendment: (Remember Natural Right, not Privileged Right.) A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

The comma before "the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed, makes it a personal of the people and not the Militia of which is made up of the People collectively for the State and Constitution.

This addresses two totally separate entities: Militia, and People not one, yet both are made up of the same. We the People.

We, the people of McCracken County and the City of Paducah, are requesting to be known as a Second Amendment locale, including, but not limited to an individual entity and or an organized militia, God forbid, if the need arises. We are a free people. A peaceful people.
