Good evening friends, This past Tuesday I attended the Long Beach city council meeting and spoke during the public comment period dressed as fictional ICE agent Phoo Kaise. At one point I told the council members that I could walk up and arrest one of them with impunity, based solely on the costume. And that’s the point of the petition. Anyone with $60 to spend could kidnap someone, and the police, based on the current protocol, would allow them to. Search eBay or Amazon for tactical vest and tactical helmet and you’re all set to hold people for ransom. Tonight at an event in Wrigley, two little blond girls, probably no older than 7 yo, asked if they could punch the bad guy (a mannequin dressed with my ICE outfit).
