Thank you to everyone who has supported this petition. Your solidarity continues to give me strength in an increasingly hostile and exhausting situation.
Despite several detailed formal complaints, The Pinnacle Freehold Ltd continues to insist that no harassment, discrimination, or wrongdoing has taken place. They dismiss every incident as a “personal dispute,” even though these actions have had serious consequences for my wellbeing, safety, and finances.
Yet when other residents make requests or complaints about me(Such as knocking on the door after being stared, being shouted by the other residents), the company suddenly treats these matters as official business, responds collectively as the freeholder, and acts immediately.
This double standard is unmistakable. It is fundamentally unfair, biased, and discriminatory to treat my concerns as “personal disputes” while elevating others’ concerns into formal actions taken by the company.
I was also removed from the residents’ WhatsApp group shortly after reporting discriminatory behaviour—cutting me off from all community communications. Being excluded for speaking up is a clear example of victimisation, yet they refuse to acknowledge this.
More recently, director Stephen Court claimed that my knocking on a neighbour’s door to ask them to stop staring at me was “harassment.”
This is an absurd and dangerous accusation. Treating an Asian resident as threatening for simply knocking on a door is a clear example of racial bias and discriminatory behaviour. No one should be labelled as criminal or aggressive for such an ordinary action.
Their contradictions continue. They now claim to be “open to mediation” and ask me to provide the police officer’s details—even though they previously refused police-arranged mediation, causing the case to be closed.
They also claim that I have “no evidence,” even though I have repeatedly provided them with clear, documented proof — including screenshots where they themselves state that the WhatsApp group exists “to discuss matters relating to the building.” I have also sent multiple examples of discrimination, intimidation, interference with my mail, and other inappropriate behaviour. Their insistence that no evidence exists, despite having received it many times, is simply dishonest and deeply concerning.
Given the ongoing behaviour of the freeholder and certain directors, I am now preparing formal legal steps using the evidence I have gathered over many months.
