
As 2025 comes to a close, I want to update you all on the ongoing discrimination, institutional obstruction, and retaliatory harassment I continue to face.
Current Status: Multiple Formal Legal and Regulatory Processes Underway
I am currently pursuing multiple formal legal and regulatory processes:
1. Subject Access Request (SAR) - Submitted December 23, 2025
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, I have formally requested access to:
All CCTV footage from the mailbox area (mail theft investigation)
All CCTV footage from the parking area (vehicle damage investigation)
Internal communications regarding my complaints
Parking enforcement records and policies
WhatsApp group administration records
Deadline: January 23, 2026 (30 days from submission)
This request will provide critical evidence of how The Pinnacle Freehold Ltd has selectively handled evidence and acted retaliatorily against me.
2. Housing Ombudsman Complaint - January 2026
After the 14 working day response deadline expires (deadline: January 13, 2026), I will formally escalate this matter to the Housing Ombudsman, requesting:
Full investigation into discrimination and selective enforcement
Compensation (up to £25,000)
Mandatory policy changes
Remedial action to address ongoing harassment and retaliation
What The Pinnacle Freehold Ltd Has Done: Institutional Obstruction and Retaliation
Despite formal complaints and police reports, the situation has not improved. Rather, The Pinnacle Freehold Ltd has escalated their retaliatory and discriminatory treatment against me.
1. Hired a Private Parking Company to Issue Selective Parking Tickets Against Me, a Resident
What Happened:
In July 2025, The Pinnacle Freehold Ltd hired NPC Parking, a private parking company, to issue £170 parking tickets twice against me.
First incident: July 2025 (£170)
Second incident: July 2025 (£170)
Total: Over £340 in forced payments
Why This Is Unlawful Discrimination:
Other residents (including Resident A) regularly use visitor parking spaces without penalty
Only I am selectively enforced against
Steve Court stated that "anyone seen repeatedly violating the rules will be warned, and then issued a parking charge ticket through NPC parking," yet other residents have not even received warnings
This is discriminatory enforcement under the Equality Act 2010
Furthermore, This Parking Enforcement Is Retaliatory:
Parking enforcement began immediately after I filed complaints about discriminatory treatment
This is victimisation in retaliation for complaints
2. Mail Theft Caused Court Judgment Letters to Be Stolen, Preventing Defence Form Submission
What Happened:
In October 2025, due to mail theft, critical letters from the County Court were stolen from my mailbox.
Stolen letters: Official notices from the County Court Judgment
What was lost: Deadline and necessary information to submit Defence Forms
Result: Unable to submit Defence Forms, losing my opportunity to defend in court
Who Committed This Mail Theft?
Access to The Pinnacle mailboxes is primarily limited to residents
I reported this to the police
Steve Court agreed to provide CCTV footage to the police
Financial Impact:
Because I could not submit the Defence Form, the County Court registered a CCJ (County Court Judgment) against me
This CCJ is already registered on my credit history
This record will remain for 6 years
The Pinnacle Freehold Ltd's Responsibility:
Mail theft occurred in their building
CCTV is under their control
They are responsible for ensuring mailbox security
They have taken no measures to prevent mail theft
3. Dismissed My Legitimate Complaints as "Personal Dispute" While Calling My Door Knock "Harassment"
Steve Court's Email (Critical Quote):
"I would suggest that if someone does not want to talk to you, that you do not try to engage
with them by knocking on their door, as this could be construed as harassment."
Why This Is Unlawful Double Standard:
What I Did:
Filed complaints about harassment from residents (surveillance, intimidation, discriminatory comments)
Knocked on a door to request explanation from that resident
Had legitimate reason (regarding their surveillance of me)
The Pinnacle Freehold's Response:
Said "The Pinnacle Freehold Ltd cannot get involved in any personal issues you may have with fellow residents"
Meaning harassment from residents is a "Personal Dispute" they won't address
Simultaneously said my door knock "could be construed as harassment"
Meanwhile, in the same email:
Stated "we are now collecting information on any anti-social behaviour that is reported in the block"
Meaning reports from other residents will be treated as "Anti-social behaviour"
What This Contradiction Means: ✗ Harassment against me from residents = "Personal Dispute" (no action) ✗ My door knock = "Harassment" (condemned) ✓ Reports from other residents = "Anti-social behaviour" (recorded/addressed)
This is clear discrimination.

I didn't want this. I wanted to live peacefully in my home.
I filed complaints about discrimination. As a result, I was forced to pay £340 in selective parking tickets.
I reported a crime to the police. Mail theft caused County Court Judgment letters to be stolen, preventing me from submitting Defence Forms, resulting in a CCJ being registered on my credit history.
I asked for equal treatment. False reports were made to the police, accusing me of "shouting."
And now, every day, surveillance and ridicule continue.
The Pinnacle Freehold Ltd has caused serious damage to my life, credit, and safety as retaliation for my complaints.

No resident should have to endure this. The fact that this harassment and damage continues despite formal complaints and police reports demonstrates that The Pinnacle Freehold Ltd lacks the capacity to maintain a safe and respectful building community.
I am recording everything and will pursue every avenue for justice.
