Update: Progress Report - January 2026

Thank you for your continued support. I wanted to share a brief update on the situation at The Pinnacle.
Recent Developments:
The Pinnacle Freehold Ltd has responded to my formal complaints. However, their responses have not addressed the core issues satisfactorily.
New Concern - Deliberate Misrepresentation:
Last week, I discovered that they submitted a planning application to the Council to install door closing mechanisms - without informing or consulting leaseholders.
More concerningly, they falsely claimed to the Council and newspapers that leaseholders support this plan. This is completely untrue. As a leaseholder, I was never consulted, and I have sent an email to the Council expressing my opposition to this plan.

This deliberate misrepresentation of leaseholder views is deeply troubling and demonstrates a continuing pattern of lack of transparency and disregard for proper leaseholder engagement.
Moving Forward:
While I cannot share detailed plans at this time for strategic reasons, I want you to know that I remain confident and determined. The evidence is strong, and I am pursuing multiple avenues for resolution.
