The public toilets should be properly cleaned and that maintains hygiene and should be provided dustbins for throwing used napkins.

I have gone to use a public toilet and the toilet was very smelly and there water basins were also not working and there was no dustbins.

This made me so sad that after being the world's most populated country we have such kind of toilets.

Also I recommend to provide Sanitary napkins and old newspaper (for wrapping the used napkin)in every ladies public toilet.

This will make our country clean and hygiene.
