I think they need to bring back Kmart and take out some of these old places in Redding I think it would be good for Shasta county to bring back Kmart if they brought back Kmart reading will be a whole lot different with Kmart back they should put it put on Cypress across from Walgreens and Domino's that's where they should put Kmart
