My son passed away May 25, 2022. When he passed his bioligocal father and step mother went to the funeral home and she signed her name as the biological mother of my son. Funeral home did not ask for birth certificate to show proof of who she was. He let her do it. Committing fraud. Especially during a difficult time. Please make funeral homes ask for birth certificates for proof. Step mother has no rights. My son passed away in Louisanna. Please help pass this law so other parents do not have to go through what I have went through. Make these states require this new law. So let's get the Isaiah Nordgren Law passed!
