Urge ICC to Facilitate the Return of Former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte to the Philippines

Born out of personal devotion and admiration for Former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, it is my belief that his return to the Philippines is essential for our societal well-being. He desired to engineer a peaceful society, away from the clutches of addiction and other gory predicaments that are today plaguing our city streets. It is only through his reintegration into our nation's political fabric that we can hope to revive these principles. Under his leadership, illegal drug trade and usage saw a significant decline due to stringent policies implemented (source: Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency). His absence today is precipitating a potential social crisis with increased cases of substance abuse (source: Department of Health).

Yet, it is not just about statistics. It is about Duterte's determination and commitment to build a harmonious and prosperous society for us all.
