Here is a quick update on what actions were taken by members of our group, what's next and what help we need from you. We are quickly moving forward and working hard. The Association has been formed as an L.L.C and the official name is Hunter NY Homeowners Association. A bank account has been set up to gather funding for legal fees. More information will come in the next few days.We interviewed many Lawyer's that were suggested in this group (thank you for your input) and we are steps away from hiring one to assist us in our legal case. Please see the update in the next couple of days.
