Thank you everyone, We had an overflowing crowd at the Village Workshop Planning Board Meeting.This week we had the Mayor of Hunter in attendance. Allen Higgins. It is obvious the Board is ignoring us. We will be allowed to be heard only at the Public Meeting. There is no posting on the Village home page of the next workshop on 10/13/21. There is also a Gap of Planning Board Minutes between April 22 and August 26. The workshop is working off a draft Titled Local Law # 1 of 2021 Short Term Residential Rentals. Drafted by the Delaware Engineering Rep.who is not an Attorney, and no one in their Office is either. Legal Drafting is a specialized skill. If you want to contact the Village Board Members you have to send it to thevillageofhunterclerk@aol.com  The Village does not have village e- mails for planning board members.
