We are a family of only 3 ladies living in an apartment of 6 residences - NO.899 38th Street, Ganesh Royalty Apartment, Korattur, Chennai 600080 Tamilnadu, India. We are being subjected to verbal abuse, harassment, abduction of our space, property and material in our Apartment (even though it's our own house) by the flat members namely - Priya Saravanan, her mother Mallika, her sister and brother- Shankar & Vishnu Priya of the adjacent flat FE. We even reported the mis-behavings of the said Vishnupriya to her flat owner Mrs.Jayalakshmi. But Mrs.Jayalakshmi seems to support her tenants actions and doesn't take any steps to conduct the unlawful behaviour of her tenant (VishnuPriya). If we confront and ask them about this they abuse us vulgarly. They have made us cut our water connection and torture us on a daily basis by abducting our space and property. They have also taken an illegal water connection from the common line along with the line given by the builder of the apartment initially and our using excess amount of water without anybody to monitor their usage.
We are being driven into severe depression and pain. We lodged a compaint about this in our local police station on 27.1.2016 complaint No.29/2016 in Korattur T3 Police Station, Tamilnadu, India, regarding the abuse and harassment. Now, we have lodged a complaint again on 29.12.2018 in the same T3 Police Station Korattur, Chennai, TamilNadu, India. We are not able to handle the torture and mental pressure.and we have no resource to save ourselves or our property from the above mentioned people. Please help us. They have even cut our water connection and drove us into isolation. We now buy water for ourselves from a private lorry and use it. We are not able to use our space, water and material. Please save us, you are our only last hope.

They even use the flat parking area for parking their mechanic shop repair vehicles and doesn't leave any space for the flat members usage. We are in desperate need for people who can voice out against this offence, abduction of property, violation of space, abuse and harassment. We have done our best in standing against this but our voices our being subdued. Please help us.
