Help FREE Heriberto Gutiérrez Martínez From LaSalle Detention Center Jena Louisiana he is being held without his basic needs being meet, As a human being when the hurricane hit Friday he was left along with thousands of other inmates locked up in a cell without lights,water,food,and not even able to go to restroom due to the restrooms being locked in the sleeping area they don't get to go outside and there is nothing they can do about this  plus people are constantly being brought in off the streets and put with them and  with this happening they are at even greater risk of contacting covid 19 also the beds here are only 2 foot apart from each other and he nor anyone there can do anything to change this sign this petition to help him and all the other non_violent detainees be released from custody to await their trial dates and lower the risks of them contracting covid 19 and or possible death due to it ..
