We want to push Howrah Municipal Corporation to start animal birth control and rabbies vaccination of street dogs. There is no infrastructure in Howrah for street animals and despite the fact that Howrah Municipal Corporation is legally bound to organize sterilization drive and vaccination of street dogs. They have not done anything ever.
