Hi everyone 

I have been in contact with Alf Cannan daily over the last week.  He has been incredibly sympathetic and is trying to smooth things out with the application process in order for employers to claim on our behalf.  This has been very frustrating for many of us and our managers. 

So please if we can just bare with the process and hang in there while Mr Cannan continues to address it.  The hurdles are being overcome and the finishing line is in sight .
