If you work in any one of these facilities and need time off for self isolating or sheilding you must ask your Employer to apply for the £280 benefit which you are Entitled to under the Salary Support Scheme. This has been confirmed by Alf Cannan the Treasury Minister who has been incredibly helpful and supportive of us as keyworkers. Please dont hesitate to contact me if you have any problems.

Your employer needs to act now in order for the claim to be made retrospectively.
