Calling all CARE WORKERS please show this to your Managers and have them apply. There is some confusion around back pay and I am working on it.
However Alf Cannan has been amazing throughout and I am sure he would not discriminate against us in this manner and will ensure we are offered the same criteria as everyone else claiming retrospectively on the Salary Support Scheme .

I cant thank you all enough for coming together to make this a reality for carers on the Isle of Man.

We must also thank Alf Cannan for his support as this would not have been possible without his compassion his empathy and high regard for our staff in social care.
