Fellow Petitioners, 

Today was an interesting day, I had breakfast with a Petitioner from the St Mary’s Water Treatment Plant from back in February of 2015. Oddly enough it was the same Engineering Firm who was chosen, without any competition. The same situation we currently face today on the Maxwell Lake Water Treatment Plant and the ~ $2Mil Cost Overrun. At the time the Plant was forecasted to cost $5Mil and the Referendum passed at $8.9Mil on the 3rd effort. 

It appears to be Deja Vu to our current situation.

The Q & A on Page 7 is interesting because there was never a response from the then Board of Trustees of NSSWD.
