Judge Flanagan DENIED the ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE (STAY) on the GROUNDS that he says it has no merit. IT IS NOT THIS FAMILYS FAULT THAT IT IS 32 TIMES ON THE CALENDAR (It NEVER should be on the calendar even ONE day - what a waste of Courts time!!! )))) but Judge Flanagan was not the Judge hearing this case all along so I guess he didnt bother to look thru the paperwork!!! THE FAMILY WILL NOW GO TO THE CURB!
