Dear Honda and Mr. Mendel,

We are owners of 2015 Honda Accord Models (EX, EX-L, Touring, Hybrid and Plug-In Hybrid) we are here to ask you to address some the issue we are having with this model year. As you may know 2015 Accords did not get Apple-Siri-Eyes-Free upgrade like 2013 and 2014 models.
We would like to be assured that this upgrade come free to us through Honda dealers by the end of the summer of 2015. We Love our Honda Accords and we want to be able to get the same feature that 2013 and 2014 owners has.
Many of us have called Honda customer service with no luck on this matter, some of your customer service representative had no idea what we were talking about. Same can be found on Dealers sale team.
Please Add Apple-Siri-Eyes-Free, improve on compatibility between our Honda’s and current generations of phones. Please improve how FM Radio Station information is displayed, Currently it is all mushed together. Please Add Power Flow on EX-L Hybrid models to i-MID display. Please add relevant apps (e.g., Apple Music, Spotify, Google Music and others).
Please improve in the reliability of the system with less freezes and over all glitches.
