Honda Cars India defective cars
The Issue
I purchased a Honda Amaze 3G from Ring Road Honda. It is having defects since delivery.
- The car was delivered at 10 am on 2nd February in a foggy weather. Does dealership really open at 10 am?
- Their driver delivered the car. At temple, I found dents and scratches on the car and immediately informed the dealership after 1 hour of delivery of the car.
- GM sales offered me to fix the issues with 3M wax.
- Raised complaint on Honda 121 but no resolution (delivery day)
- Later car ABS failed and it touched a wall from rear left door and fender and got scratches.
- After having discussion with RCRM of Honda deposited the car at the workshop of Ring Road Honda
- The workshop after repairing on the day of delivery hit the car in front of me and damaged it's front left door
- They dented and painted that area.
- After two days, I observed the painted area turned orange on a grey car.
- Deposited the car to the workshop again.
- After taking delivery from workshop car started overheating and breaking system again failed. A yellow amber light was visible. However, no fatality or damage took place this time.
- Complained this to Honda but they didn't provide proper resolution because I didn't want to take car to the same workshop due to bitter purchase and workmanship experience. Honda RCRM shared a link to locate dealership of own choice. It was a safety issue and they took it casually.
- Later I observed that window side biddings, left front door handles are coming out. Workshop painted all this. Left rear below handle area was round.
- Deposited the car again to Ring Road Honda. They fixed side biddings, rubbed below handle area, claimed that overheating and breaking system has been checked and delivered the car with assurance that breaking system is fine.
- After delivery, I found door handle is still loose, breaking system has become incredibly good with no jamming. However, workshop is not informing whether it is actually fixed or not.
I have placed my matter in national consumer forum. Later, I will move to consumer court as well.
Dealership delivered an accidental car.
If you are also suffering like me because of poor experience with Honda then connect with me and forward this to your all known ones. Collectively we can teach a lesson to Honda and make them able to understand the value of money and time of customers.
