Even after 10 years of M Nagraj & Ors the judgment of 5 Member Constitutional Bench of Supreme Court of India is at the mercy of the Bureaucrats and recognition by the Judges of the Supreme Court of India. Admittance of SLPs by SC/ST Association and issuance of Notices on this issue is suggesting a huge Change required in the Judicial System apart from the Political System. The Constitutional Bench Judgment in M Nagraj & Ors (2006) should have been implemented across the Country by all the Govts. But it is still kept in the dark room and the authorities still sleeping over it.
