Stop the Country from going backward.Development is not a slogan.It needs to be implemented by placing the right resources in right places.The Secretaries are to be asked why they did not implement M Nagraj & Others.(2006).They are answerable just like the Ishrat jahan Case.They will also be answerable for the conspiracy which is not civil but will assume criminal angle.
