Offensive remarks against Hinduism and Hindu Gods should be punishable.

Offensive remarks against Hinduism and Hindu Gods should be punishable.
The Issue
Very often we observe that members of certain community resort to unprovoked derogatory and offensive remarks against Hinduism and Hindu Gods to incite hatred, disharmony and violence in the country.
Hindus, being in the majority, have the right to be respected for their belief systems. The constitution should ensure that no one is allowed to abuse the tolerance of Hindus.
Those using offensive langauge - either in speech, writing, images, videos or others forms - against Hinduism and Hindu Gods should be tried as "anti-national, anti-social criminals" for causing divide and disruption of peace. They should be tried by Courts and punished with examplry harsh sentence of Rigorious Imprisonment for Three to Five Years to serve as deterent.
