IN TERMS OF THE DELHI HIGH COURT ORDERS, DFS/MOF HAS MADE THER SUBMISSIONS FOR THE RESOLUTION OF THE ISSUES CONCERNING SBI RETIREES AS EXPLAINED BY COM.UMESH SHARMA GARU IN HIS FOLLOWING COMMUNICATION FLASHED JUST A LITTLEWHILE AGO: (Full details are awaited)

WPCs 8095 & 9679/2016 GOP V/s SBI & 1875/2013 FSBIPA V/s SBI,RBI & Union of India :

DFS Appointed Committee has placed the report and has admitted that an anomaly was committed by introducing 40% and has directed the SBI to amend the Regulations to bring parity .,SBI has submitted the Resolution to the DFS for approval. Court to be informed about the compliance and next date *22/01/23 

Detailed order & DFS order shall be shared later on .

COM. CN VENUGOPALAN' REACTION TO THE ABOVE :

Delhi High Court developments give very good indications of a promising nature.  If SBI is paying arrears in 4 weeks, IBA will have to direct similar payments in nationalised banks also.  IBA was fully exposed in my recent letter to it.  They have nothing to rebut.  Likewise the letter to Secretary FS is also not answered. DFS has also indirectly assented to the text of the letters. They have also no option than to do what is necessary. It is all a matter of some more time. Before the end of 2023, all of us can have good news.
