Also DFS appointed Committee submits its ‘ final opinion’ on restoration of 50% and ‘ PENSION UPDATION ’ to the Hon’ble Court.
I am very optimistic in view of the fact that it was the Govt which offered to review its earlier rigid stand and refer the matter to an Inter -Ministerial Committee .
Accordingly, Hon’ble Court directed petitioners to make a representation to the DFS appointed Committee which both of us did . Also , AISBIOF too made a presentation to the Committee on 40-50% issue .
We.would come to know about both the issues on 7th.
I therefore most humbly request to relax and wait for another ten days.
AS REGARDS PENSION UPDATION, THE ISSUE IS.UNDER NEGOTIATION BETWEEN IBA AND UFBU AS WELL AND MY OPTIMISM IS BASED ON F.M'S INTERVIEW TO BUSINESS LINE ABOUT A FEW YEARS BACK WHERE SHE EXPECTED IBA TO SORT OUT AND ASKED SBI TO PLAY ROLE AS A BIG BROTHER AND THEREAFTER ISSUES OF 30% FAMILY PENSION TO ALL AND 100% DA NEUTRILZATION HAVE BEEN CLEARED AND HOPEFULLY PENSION UPDATION SHALL BE A REALITY SOON.

You should feel ashamed for begging a form of levy from the beneficiaries who suffered an economic loss and mental torture due to your and ur master CHV delaying tactics of delaying all issues of benefits for decades . Urs and IBA tactic of delaying all issues relating to bank pensioners for decades and careless to pensioners 'sufferings, and ultimately agreeing to pay a Little from this pensioners' amount accommodated interest, just to console the sufferers and again cheating them as per ur nature and character.it is very clear that u always cheated your one time brothers pensioners and as a traders always planned and beg like beggars.
It is better to learn that "Enough is Enough" now better to sit at home and enjoy union funds and levy or.
