 Dear Sir,

    AIBOA has criticised CHV in a most damaging manner, which is true too.

    Anyway due to 2024 election & as SBI retirees vehemently fighting in court FM may be forced to accept at least DA merger @6352 points immediately.

Now the problem is, there is a special allowance in PSB pay structure. In 2012 & 2017 only 2.5% DA is merged with basic pay rest is given as Special allowance which will not be considered for Pension purpose.

I hope there is no special allowance portion in RBI pay structure. (I may be wrong)

       I doubt whether RBI model Updation is possible.

Without solving this special allowance problem??

FROM THE ABOVE, THE "RIFT" AMONG THE UFBU CONSTITUENTS HAS BEEN ONCE AGAIN SURFACED.

IT WAS BEFI WHO DISASSOCIATED THEMSELVES WITH UFBU DURING THE XI BPS EXERCISE... NOW IT'S AIBOA'S TURN TO FOLLOW SUIT..

AS REGARDS PENSION UPDATION ISSUE IS CONCERNED....

 IBA ALREADY SUBMITTED ITS REPORT ON PENSION UPDATION TO THE SUPREME COURT AS ALREADY CONFIRMED BY THE STATE MINISTER OF FINANCE WHILE REPLYING TO THE QUESTION RAISED BY OUR HON'BLE MP SRI D RAVIKUMAR GARU ON THE FLOOR OF THE HOUSE.

BESIDES THAT... IT'S WELL WITHIN THE KNOWLEDGE OF EVERYONE THAT... IN TUNE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE COMMITTEE CONSTITUTED BY THE DFS/MOF, THE GOVERNMENT IS ALSO UNDER THE SERIOUS OBLIGATION TO SUBMIT ITS CONSENT/ APPROVAL AS PER THE DELHI HIGH COURT ORDERS WHERE IBA IS ALSO ASSOCIATED IN THE ABOVE PROCESS.

THEREFORE, AS REGARDS THE PENSION UPDATION ISSUE IS CONCERNED.....

THE REPORT ALREADY SUBMITTED BY IBA AS PER THE MOTION HEARING ORDERS DATED             20th. JANUARY 2022   OF THE SUPREME COURT IN MC SINGLA'S CASE SHOULD INVARIABLY HAVE A DIRECT RELEVENCE TO THE ONE NOW TO BE -OR- ALREADY SUBMITTED BY THE GOVERNMENT AS DIRECTED BY THE DELHI HIGH COURT.

In view of the foregoing, we are now at the threshold of success to hear the good news very soon....
