Kind reference is invited to the above Curative Petition filed today by Com. Kasturirangan (CANARA BANK) preceding to those already filed – viz: IOBRA ; Chennai – CP # 243/2019 Late Com. B.Ramji garu; followed by Com. Debeshji of UBIRWA-KOLKOTTA, Com. G. Palani of BOB – Chennai.
Of the above, only the CP filed by IOBRA on 15th. February, 2019 ( Dr.B.Ramjigaru) stands as numbered. All the remaining above are yet to be given CP numbers.
You are also quite aware of the initiative taken by our learned senior comrade – Dr. L S Raman garu who took up the matter with the Registrar of Supreme Court requesting to expedite further proceedings for its logical conclusion as already informed vide my communication dated 21st. November, 2019

In fact, Com. Kasturi Rangan garu briefed me of the above when I was at Chennai (on my personal visit) last week – ie. 22n & 23rd. of this month.
Let us hope the best in the meantime, with the grace of the Almighty and divine blessings of our Late Legend Leader Com. B. Ramji garu who took lead in this regard.
