I annex here the message from Com. C N Prasad , Genl.Secy., SBI Retirees Assn. attaching the  Affidavit of Compliance dated 4th. October, 2019 signed and filed by the SBI in the Contempt Petition of 209-311 of 2019 for the payment of Commutation Arrears. 

My hearty congratulations and compliments  to Com. C N Prasad & the committed members of his team for having  communicated to their  Bank Management IN THE LANGUAGE UNDERSTANDABLE TO THEM TO SECURE THE LONG AWAITED BENEFIT FOR THE DESERVING LOT OF RETIREES. 

I hope  all the CEOs of other Banks, would take proper lesson from their  "Big Brother of the Big Bank" who had to tender an  unconditional apology before the Highest Court of the Land for having committed a blunder in implementing the Orders of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in 1616-1684 DA case  in its true spirt.

- A Land Mark Judgment concerning the Bank Retirees which will remain for ever in the History of the Bank Retirees movement !
