My Dear Friends,

It has been  well within the knowledge of every one that a curative petition # 243/2019 was filed on 15 02 2019 with Diary # 6108 of 2019 at the instance of  our Late Legend Leader - Dr. B. Ramji garu ; General Secretary of Indian Overseas Bank Retirees Association with whom I had a long personal interaction , when I called on the Legend Leader at his residence some time during the 2nd week of March, 2019.

In fact, he  appraised me of the efforts he put in  to ensure filing  Curative Petition (#243 as appended here under) unmindful of the hurdles he faced at the instance of the vested interests.
