Dear friends,
We are extremely happy to inform you that differential Commutation has been paid to all beneficiaries, i.e those who have retired during 7th Bipartite Settlement. Even those who have opted for pension during during 2010 and retired under VRS - 2001 who were also entitled to benefit under Regulation 29 have also received Commutation today.
Commutation is paid without recovery. We have indeed received full amount of Commutation. This has nailed the theory that payment of Commutation results in recovery. We are proud that we have secured this benefit without recovery for the first time in the Industry.
