AN OCCULAR PROOF OF THE APATHY EXHIBITED BY THE RETIREE ORGANISATIONS WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTION.

My Dear Friends, 

We have been on crusade for justice for the cause of pre-2002 retirees in the matters of :

01. For inclusion of Notional service of 5 years followed by ..
02. For refixation of the Basic Pension in conformity to the Pension Regulations in force, again followed by:
03. For implementation of the Courts Orders that ultimately culminated into filing of a Contempt Petition before the Hon'ble  Supreme Court together with interest @ 9% right from the date of retirement  till the date of payment 

We have been striving for the justice at every point of time much in particular the strenuous efforts of Com. C N Prasad, Genl.Secretary, SBI Retirees Association for over 18 long years with commitment, conviction and courage. 

All these legal battles have been fought by a handful of active comrades individually notwithstanding any support from anybody.
