MY DEAR FRIENDS,Referring to the above, I have today received the following communication from the Hon'ble Supreme Court: (in fact, I had received similar acknowledgements twice in the past. also) . I am of the opinion, that irrespective of the the fact, that this grievance of mine would be admitted or not, BUT THE FACT REMAINS, THAT THE CONTENTS OF MY GRIEVANCE WOULD GO TO THE NOTICE OF HON'BLE COMMITTEE OF SENIOR JUDGES NOMINATED TO DEAL WITH THE PIL MATTERS VIZ:

iN FACT, I HAD ALSO SENT THE COPIES OF MY ABOVE GRIEVANCE TO THE ALL THE HON'BLE JUDGES IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE SENIOR JUDGES INDIVIDUALLY.
IN THE WAKE OF THE PENDING CURATIVE PETITION, WHICH ALSO MAY GO TO THE ABOVE JUDGES TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION MY FOLLOWING SUBMISSIONS MADE THERE UNDER : (AS ALREADY STATED IN MY ABOVE LETTER -IE:-)

August, 2019) again I received the following communication from the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India for having registered the same complaint afresh again under Dairy # 41889/SCI/PIL(E)/2019 dated 19th. August, 2019 as forwarded by the Office of the Hon'ble Vice-President of India-New Delhi, which may please be noted.
