My Dear friends, With due respects for the view point as forged by our learned senior comrade  - viz; Sri C N Prasad garu, and others,   I only  reiterate the view point as expressed by our another senior comrade - viz:  Sri J Somasekara garu , which is  also quite relevant   in as much as the basic guiding  principles of any Trade Union worth its name has been -  AGITATION; LITIGATION AND NEGOTIATION -   We have go to use these available weapons in our armory depending the necessity and in need of urgency.
