Referring to the above, I already made an effort to bring to the notice of all the legal luminariesas to my effort to invite the kind attention of His Lordship- Chief Justice of India to the CONTRADICTING STANCES TAKEN BY THE APEX JUDICIARY while disposing of the TWO IDENTICAL CASES RELATED TO THE BANK RETIREES WITHIN A VERY SHORT SPAN OF JUST 3 MONTHS GAP - Ie.
13th. February, 2018* and 16th. May, 2018** (Just 3 months gap and that too, after having been kept the judgment reserved for pronouncement for over 10 long months!):

I have been, in fact, addressing similar communications to various advocates on record pertaining to Supreme Court, various High Courts, on an ongoing process.
As of now, in the wake of the pending Curative Petition in the Apex Court recently filed at the instance of Sri Ramji gaaru - a very senior Leader , representing the IOB Retirees as its General Secretary, the following important observation/s made out by our Learned Friend - Sri Katari Satyanarayana gaaru, assumes lot of importance and directly relevant to the Highest Seat of Judiciary of our Country to ponder over.....
