Re: Pension Updation issue

With the re- introduction of Pension Updation in RBI as a result of series of sustained struggles(organizationally backed up by legal battles) by both the serving and retiree organizations jointly, is now raising lot of hopes among all of us for its reality in PSBs also.

Lot of debates/arguments have been taking place among the fraternity of Bank retirees on this issue.

In fact, some of our activists had already taken up this matter directly with the authorities concerned on several occasions in the past.

I take pleasure to annex here a critical analysis as made out by one of our active comrades –viz: Sri Katari Satyanarayana on this issue .

At the instance of Sri JV Rathnam garu President of APBRF , the leadership of AIBRF has also taken up the issue organizationally which is evident from the following communication.

While complementing our friend Sri Katari Satyanarayana garu, for his pains- taking efforts, I also annex here my letter dated 28th. Oct.2017 addressed to the Law Ministry of Government of India for your information.
