My Dear Friends,
Of late, Many of our pre-2002 retiree- comrades have been enquiringly asking me as to the fate of our Curative Petition concerning the 100% DA issue.
As it would be difficult for me to explain the turn of events to each caller individually, I thought it appropriate to annex here my recent reaction on this matter which I hope would throw you much light on the current situation.
In the following link you can also have the benefit of going through the reactions of our various comrades who contributed their thoughts.
It would be apt on my part to recollect the strenuous efforts put in by the Late Legend Leader -COM.DR.B.RAMJEE GAARU ; GS:IBORA for his timely action to cause filing Curative Petition for its final logical conclusion. I gave a detailed account of the case - stage by stage - for your better understanding.
Let us hope and wish that justice would soon come to us.
