Referring to the above, You are quite aware of my efforts seeking the intervention of the Hon'ble CJ:SCI to cause audit by CAG - the only constitutional authority who can render justice to the job in the above issue.

In this regard , one of our learned colleague -viz: Sri M Sidhu of OBC has been making untiring and relentless efforts to unearth and expose the act of misappropriation in the pension corpus indulged by the managment of Oriental Bank of Commerce. Com. Sidhu has been pursuing the issue for over a couple of year which has finally culminated into a legal action - serving legal notice on the managment of Oriental Bank of Commerce for its logical conclusion.

My hearty congratulations to Com.Sidhu for his valient efforts in this regard. On my part, I took this opportunity to remind the Hon'ble Supreme Court to expedite action to cuase a CAG AUDIT in view of the seriousness of the issue.
