MY DEAR FRIENDS,

Why this inordinate Delay in filing Curative Petition in 100% DA CASE..? ??  ---  A MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION !!

Annexed here  is the latest communication addressed by our Learned Friend Sri N Sankara Subramanian to the AIBRF Leadership together with my response to the same.  

I fully concur with the view points expressed by our learned friend - Com. NSS.   I am at loss to understand as to what extraneous STRONG considerations are prompting the leadership for the delay.   I am of the strong opinion that the leadership is committing a hideous crime by procrastinating the final legal recourse Ie.- curative Petition -  which according to me  is nothing but ....
REPEATING YET ANOTHER  HISTORICAL BLUNDER . 

IT MAY NOT BE OUT OF CONTEXT IF I REITERATE MY VIEW POINTS EVEN  AT THE COST OF REPETITION:

It’s time for every  affected member to react to exert pressure on the leadership.
