My Dear firends,

Recently, I had been to Hyderabad to fulfil certain domestic commitments. I also utilised my time to call on my age-old colleague Sri A. Ananatha Krishna Rao, whith whom I had a very long association as the office-bearer of AP State Unit of AIBOC for over a decade.   During the  two-hour long encounter, we discussed many issues concerning the Bank retirees and the strategies need to be adopted and etc.   During the course of our discussions, I came across a letter  written  by  Sri B Vinodkumar , Hon’ble MP who  evinced keen interest  and took initiative to call on the MOF in person for our cause at the instance of my friend – Sri Anantha Krishna Rao. That apart, Sri Anantha Krishna ,  my senior colleague, have been relentlessly taking up the matter with the MOF, through various other quarters like Sri Bandaru Dattatreya , the then labour Minister .   

So far, I never come across an MP on his own,  by  stepping  himself into our shoes , to take  up   our issues in letter and spirit reflecting  the true facts and  sentiments concerning all of us  in a  MOST UNEQUIVOCAL TERMS during a  direct encounter with the Finance Ministry.   - This is one of the best examples of our Com.Rao’s  efforts I can Proudly quote for your information:

On my part,  I have  again today  addressed a communication under the caption – viz:

 “APEX COURT CONTRADICTING JUDGMENTS IN TWO IDENTICAL CASES  to "His Excellency President, Hon'ble Vice President, Speaker Lok Sabha, Prime Minister, Finance Minister, Min.for Law and Justice, Chief Justice /Judges / Law Officers of Supreme Court, Bar Council members of Supreme Court, High Courts, eminent jurists/legal luminaries  

 
This effort of mine,  I feel, is of immense need at this juncture when the stage is set to  file a curative petition in our 100%  DA issue.

I  explained in detail as to the antecedents that paved way to this glaring injustice on the part of the Apex Court which  need to be made as a focal debating point among the judicial circles throughout.

I have been, in fact,   addressing  similar communications  to various advocates on record pertaining to Supreme Court,  various High Courts, on an ongoing process.
