My Dear Friends,

My hearty congratulations to the fraternity of work force in the Reserve Bank of India, who have been the "TORCH BEARERS" for the cause of their retirees at large.
The entire work force of RBI- cutting across the barriers of their affiliations, have congregated under one umbrella  to pose a formidable threat to the RBI as also to the "Powers-that-be" in the Government.   Non less than, RBI Governor himself had to call the united leadership to his office in this connection.   I reproduce herewith the communication dated 28 08 2018 released by the UFRBOE (United Forum of Reserve Bank Officers and Employees) for the details.

Can the leadership of UFBU take the path shown by their counterparts in RBI..?    It's a Million Dollar Question indeed !!! 

No Governments worth their names had never before look at  the Bank working class sympathetically in the past,  and the present Government is not an exception. 

 The only language they understand is - "COLLECTIVE ACTION PROGRAMMES"  AND THE WRITINGS ON THE WALL  !!

 Therefore, It's our participation in collective action programmes like this alone  would give strength to our organisation leadership to achieve our legitimate demands

Let us come out of the cocoons of shy/lethargy with flying colours to ensure bright future.......

Let us join the crusade with Courage, Conviction and Commitment.  

Success shall be ours.....
