Sexual actions with animals is a crime in India, Animal Welfare Party with OIPA - Indian People for Animals demands:
1. FIR against the owner, organizer and promoter of the website along with the owners of the animals, being an organized crime.
2. Ban website www.gaybeast.com in India.
3. Rescue abused animals for further rehabilitation. The said complaint was lodged by Naresh Kadyan.
Hence Animal Welfare Division and Animal Welfare Board of India may kindly take prompt similar action, please direct Delhi Police Commissioner and SHO, Prashant Vihar to lodge FIR against all offenders, rescue abused animals for further rehabilitation.
