Male Elephant abused as vehicle of pride by INLD candidate from Nuh Assembly constituency in Haryana, OIPA - Indian People for Animals moved complaint for confiscation of abused animal along with cancellation of private ownership, rehabilitation of Elephant as well. The RO issued notice to the Zakir Hussain but Police failed to book and arrest of all offenders.
