Yes, the HOA has called a meeting after this petition was started, yes it is an open meeting except you have to mail your questions in and they can deny you the right to speak, they also slid in the "New Policy Regarding Businesses Operated from Home" I believe there are several people who run their businesses from their house so that they may still take care of their families and still have an income coming in and by the way who had a chance as a neighborhood to vote that we wanted a change? Where is our Architectural board that is denying all the paperwork? According the the rules we are supposed to go by we are supposed to have a separate board of 5 from the HOA. So who's doing the denying and give less than 3 weeks to comply? I strongly believe that we as a community have a right to know these answers and how we can make our neighborhood an actual community versus and dictatorship? What are they going to tell us next that we can't do at our homes that we pay for? Since when did fixing your yard become a stack of paperwork for someone to tell you that you can't do something that would bring your house value up? We need to take a stand, we need to take back our neighborhood and make it a safe place that people want to live and raise a family.
