Hollywood studios like Disney and others are no longer releasing 3D Blu rays, leaving the consumers of  this product hanging in the air. The excuse that 3D TVs are dead is misleading as many consumers have 3D on Projectors/Home Theatre systems. They know we love 3D because if we didn't they would have stopped releasing it in cinemas too. But they think the market for discs is too small and insignificant which is another false assumption.  They release 4K discs now so they can use the same opportunity to release the 3D version as well.
