24hrs to email them to get YOUR money back!
Here..let us pay you (as some kind of warped refund gesture), what you paid toward food, store and souvenier, that was rightfully yours anyway??? But you only get less than 24hrs to have it back??
They DO NOT want to reimburse anyone...the illnesses stemmed from the hydration stations NOT being properly filtered amongst the water that was being used from the Porta potty stations.
This was FECAL MATTER EXPOSURE!! ASIDE FROM THAT WHEN THE STORM BLEW OVER THE PORTA POTTIES IN THE FIELD THAT HAD SANTIZER DISPENSERS IN THEM..THE PEOPLE WERE FORCED TO WALK THROUGH HUMAN FECAL FIELDS (if they wanted to reach the EMS, Security and Gen store tents) if you call 911 they would send you right back to the event EMS staff, AND ADA SHOWERS AND TOILETS OVERFLOWED WITH HUMAN FECAL MATTER.
Can I ask one question?
How does paying people back their own rfid funds have anything to do with the damage the entire festival caused?..Even if there were no illness, the damage this festival cause people, went far beyond those things.
The very insulting less than 24hrs availability just says..Welp..we offered, so sorry you missed it, your loss! Wow...these people are UnbelievablyOrganizers and a sorry excuse for organizers. Try handing over an Olive Branch that isn't in some way broken.
