ATTENTION!!!

I have begun the legal process today. Documents signed, Ms.Carteia Basnight has your signatures, has seen your interest and heard our voices loud and clear! We are leaving the Petition open currently for those in support of seeking change in the way Outdoor Festivals are Organized and Managed on a scale of safety, and Patron/Staff/Client care across the board so that this does NOT happen again in Virginia.  Critical Incident control and Command is essential to event planning and safety. I began this petition with the goal of making change happen in Outdoor Event and holding those accountable that sat by the wayside and with reckless disregard watched as people suffered greatly at the hands of their greed. I promise you I will not! 

I gladly spend to get this potential Class Action off the ground, if it in any way helps get folks their refunds, and some sort of relief to what they were put through there, I'm not by any means a rich soul, but I am a damn determined one. Count on it. Thank you for any and all support, continue to sign and share, I will continue to update as things progress upon her advice.  I will continue to send her the list of additional signatures.
